Terrible Ordering Process

Your website should not let customers pay for order without having a complete prescription. I tried 30+ times to enter a measurement and the website would not work. Secondly the email updates were contradictory. One said my order was complete, another said it was being checked, one said it was on the way and the other said it was still in the shop. Lastly, the package was labeled with my only a house number (no street) so I had to drive to the post office to hunt down the package. It wasn't until I found the package that I was clear I was ever going to receive it. Worst online process I have ever had. I will not be ordering through this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
