The sealed version of the 225S

The standard OG 225S is an open frame with integrated side shields, and the dust dam is a part you order separately and fit yourself. This version ships with the full dust dam already installed — a soft gasket that closes the gap between the frame and the face all the way around. If the wearer works in grinding, sanding, sweeping, masonry, agriculture or anywhere fine airborne particulate is the hazard, this is the configuration to order.

Dual certification, integrated side shields

The 225S carries both the US ANSI Z87.1 and the Canadian CSA Z94.3 impact ratings, so one frame is approved on either side of the border. The side shields are molded into the frame rather than clipped on, which means the lateral protection and the certification cannot be left off at the bench.

Prescription lenses for the work environment

Lenses are glazed to your prescription in polycarbonate, the impact-resistant material that holds the Z87.1 rating. Single-vision, bifocal and progressive prescriptions are supported, and the 225S has the lens depth to take a progressive corridor. Anti-fog is particularly worth adding here — a sealed frame traps more warm air against the lens than an open one.

Colors and fit

Four colorways — Silver/Navy, Gunmetal/Neon Green, Navy/Neon Orange and Black/Yellow — each in three eye sizes: 55-15-130, 57-16-135 and 61-17-135. The nylon frame is light for its coverage and takes an adjustable temple.
