Shipping & Processing Turnaround Time

Thank you for choosing Safety Gear Pro for your Custom Prescription Eyewear! For most Custom Prescription eyewear orders, the turnaround time, including manufacturing time (the actual time it takes to craft your unique custom Rx lenses) is 2-3 weeks!

The total time it takes us to make your custom Rx lenses depends on your exact Rx and the lens features you choose (i.e., coating, tint, anti-fog, etc.). In most cases, the order will ship well before the 14th business day mark.

All custom prescription eyewear orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx, or the USPS. The transit time is approximately 4 business days.

We also ship to P.O. boxes, Military bases APO/FPO/DPO via the USPS.

Weather conditions and holiday volumes continue to affect our turnaround times. Late flights and unsafe driving conditions for delivery drivers are adding an estimated delay of 3–5 business days. Please note that even if your area is not impacted by adverse weather, package movement within the network may still be affected by conditions in other regions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
