At SafetyGearPro.com we will do our absolute best to ensure that your frames and lenses are exactly how you want them. Our team of experts will check your prescription eyeglasses for quality and accuracy before shipping. When we ship your finished eyeglasses, it will be securely placed in a hard cover case, surrounded by shock absorbent padding.

However, if you are not satisfied with the finished product, if it doesn’t meet your standards, if you change your mind, or if you find something better, we offer you a one-time opportunity to either replace it or ask for a refund. A replacement or refund will be made under the following conditions stated below.

 Return of Non Prescription Eyeglasses:

When you purchase any SafetyGearPro frame without lenses or non-prescription stock item, you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to return the product (with no questions asked) for a refund, less the shipping costs and a restocking fee. Returned products must have a RMA number attached and be in the original packaging and condition. All refunds will take up to 10 Business days to reflect in your account.

We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. In order to recicve an RMA number, please contact our dedicated customer service team who will be happy to help you.

Return of Prescription Eyeglasses:

All prescription lenses are special orders, and are therefore non-refundable. However, we understand there may be times you want to change the frame even though the prescription lenses are perfect. If, within 30 days of receipt of product, you wish to exchange your prescription glasses for a new pair, we will apply 50% of what you paid for the glasses (not including shipping costs) towards a new pair. Please follow the steps below for replacement. In addition, new shipping charges will apply.

  • Replacement is requested and items are shipped back to our warehouse within 5 days.
  • The eyeglasses must be in the same condition (lens and frames intact, not broken, etc) with NO signs of normal wear (small scratches, minor chips, scratches etc).
  • The eyeglasses must be returned with its original hard cover case and cloth.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and not included in the refund/return/exchange policy.
  • We will not charge any restocking fees or other penalties for exchanges. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
  • For exchanges, if the customer decides to choose a frame of higher value, the difference will be charged. If a customer decides to choose a frame of lower value, the difference will NOT be refunded.
  • If a customer has submitted an expired prescription or entered incorrect prescription, SGP will not honor refunds or replacements. It is customers responsibility to provide safetygearpro.com with the correct prescription.

In order to return your eyeglasses, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact customer service to obtain your Return Approval Number. You can contact customer service via email, live chat, or by phone. Please see the contact us section for more details.
  • Print and complete the form provided by our agents. Ensure to include the Return Authorization Number.
  • Securely pack your return item, include a copy of the return form, and ship to SafetyGearPro.com customer service address provided in the return form.
  • Returns must be sent prepaid with a tracking number. We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx. The United States Postal Office can be used but we do not warranty LOST packages.
  • Fax or email the completed return form to SafetyGearPro.com customer service at 1-832-850-2979 or sales@safetygearpro.com. Ensure to include the Return Authorization Number and shipment tracking number in the form.
  • Safety Gear Pro will refund cost of eyeglasses, less shipping, and restocking fees if applicable, within 7 business days after receiving the return package, subject to meeting above criteria.
