TERRIBLE experience.

Bought these and when I received them they were unwearable. The prescription. Was completely wrong. They took them back and remade them and the second pair still wasn’t correct. I sent those back asking for a refund since they can’t reliably make my glasses and they’ve given me half of my money back saying I should have elected to order different frames when the first pair didn’t work… I dont even know how that makes sense. They can’t make glasses, and they stole half my money. I can’t even believe how I have been treated by these people. DO NOT BUY.

I like them

Great glasses, though they arrived slightly bent and misaligned. Not sure how this is possible as they arrived in their own case

Very Small

Bought the largest size, but they are very small. Had to take them to another optometrist to get the arms bent to fit. The prescription is good.

Terrible Ordering Process

Your website should not let customers pay for order without having a complete prescription. I tried 30+ times to enter a measurement and the website would not work. Secondly the email updates were contradictory. One said my order was complete, another said it was being checked, one said it was on the way and the other said it was still in the shop. Lastly, the package was labeled with my only a house number (no street) so I had to drive to the post office to hunt down the package. It wasn't until I found the package that I was clear I was ever going to receive it. Worst online process I have ever had. I will not be ordering through this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
