Shields that are part of the frame

The side shields are molded into the frame rather than clipped on. Nothing to fit at the start of a shift, nothing to lose, and no rating that quietly stops applying because a shield worked loose in a pocket.

A 24 mm bridge fits faces others do not

Most safety frames run a 16–18 mm bridge. At 24 mm the OAKLEAF sits on broad nose bridges that narrower frames simply perch on and slide off. If fit has been the recurring complaint, this is the measurement that usually explains it.
