3. Close the right eye then align the ruler's 0mm with the center of your left pupil
4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye
5. The mm that lines up the center of your right pupil is your PD

Frame Size and Material

I ordered these glasses on Jan 5 and received my order on March 5. It took more than 2 months to just deliver this item. On top of that after paying shipping charge of $39.95 , I had to pay additional 5400 JPY to custom , which was not mentioned while purchasing. And the glasses did not fit well, It was too small and tight to my face. I tried to adjust but looks like if I bend the frame it will break. It was on product description that the frame is plastic, but the frame looks like it is made up of wood, very harsh while touching and not comfortable while wearing. I want to return this item and get refund of $272.95 :(
