Ballast

Ballast sunglasses by Costa are a rimless, rectangular, wraparound men’s style. These Rx-able Costa sunglasses are available with options for single vision, multi-focal or reading lenses. This minimalist frame style is designed to allow for a wide field of vision, making Costa Ballast sunglasses an excellent choice for most sports, and also comfortable and practical eyewear for daytime driving. Polarized lenses filter horizontally reflected light that could otherwise cause glare in road environments and on open water.

Choose from frame color options such as shiny black and tortoise. The bridge and temples are made of durable TR90 nylon. Choose a lens color option for prescription or non-prescription sunglasses. Ballast frames are also available with plano Costa Premium Polarized 580 Lenses that perform well as driving sunglasses. Any standard or polarized lenses will absorb 100% ultraviolet light to promote eye safety.
