Horrible Customer Service and Product

If I could provide a 0-star rating, I would. These glasses are NOT what are described. The website is incredibly deceiving. On the prescription tab and the non-prescription tab it reads, "Optional : prescription insert (ESS URx Carrier)". However, the ONLY option is an insert. Even when choosing the prescription tab, the glasses themselves are NOT prescription. The insert is the only option, but they do not make that clear with the description or the photos. Then trying to return these is the biggest pain I've ever had returning ANYTHING! "Fast and easy returns" is not the case. They say they will only give a partial refund and use the link to print the RMA form and shipping label, but the link only takes you to your return and the conversation with the return associate. There is no link directly to the RMA form or the shipping label and I still never found it, which leaves me with $175 junk that will never be worn. They just make excuses for their deceiving practices, so you're stuck with something you did not realize you were buying. Then these "Oakley" glasses feel like very cheap plastic. I've purchased many Oakley sunglasses and none of them felt cheap and flimsy like these do. Unless you know you won't want to return these, completely understand that the only option is an insert, and clicking the "prescription" tab still only provides you with a prescription insert, STAY FAR AWAY from this deceiving company.

Didn’t receive what I thought I was ordered

I ordered the crossbow safety glasses with prescription lenses. I received cheap, low quality glasses with prescription inserts, even though the order made it seem like the lenses were prescription. Don’t order a thing from this company unless you know what you’re getting because you’ll struggle with there horrible policies and costumer service trying to return it
