Idk who’s worse in the shipping department

My order took an extremely long time to arrive. It was sent to lab and then I didn’t hear anything for about two weeks. When I inquired about it and asked about the cancellation policy. The guy assumed I wanted it canceled. Luckily I called in in time to not have it canceled. They informed me it would be expedited to me. 10 days later it arrived. They are not the progressive lenses I ordered, but a 50% restocking fee I guess I’ll just live with it.
