Return / Cancellation Policy
At Safety Gear Pro, we do our best to ensure that your frames and lenses are exactly how you want them! But we understand things happen.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase will be fully refunded.
Cancellations after 24 hours:
- Prescription Lenses are eligible for a full refund on the frames; however, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to the lenses, as they are custom-made to your prescription.
- Non-Prescription Lenses or PPE items are eligible for a full refund.
Prescription Lenses
Accurately filling your prescription is our number one priority! Before leaving the lab, all prescription eyeglasses undergo a stringent quality control inspection.
In the unlikely event that our quality control measures fail, we will promptly remake the lenses at no charge and send them back to you.
If no issues are found with the prescription or you want to return the prescription glasses for any other reason, you are eligible to receive a full refund on the frames plus a 50% refund for the lenses that were custom-made for you.
Please note that the following reasons do not qualify as defects or errors:
- Disliking the appearance or style of the frame/item.
- Disliking the tint or coating on the lenses, as lens tinting and coatings have technical and prescription-based limitations.
- Frame/Item being too small, too large, too loose, or too tight. (Measurements are available on our website under each product description. If measurements are not visible or if you have any other questions, information is available upon request via our customer service team.)
- Incorrect prescription information was provided by the customer. This includes but is not limited to the prescription, PD (pupillary distance), or segment height.
- Any other reason not directly related to a manufacturing defect or prescription error.
Non-Prescription Eyewear and Personal Protection Equipment
Non-prescription eyewear and PPE products are eligible for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee, provided the following conditions are all met upon return:
- The item is unused
- Returned in its original packaging
- The item is in re-sellable condition
Return Instructions
- Your order is eligible for returns within 30 days of the shipping date.
- To initiate a return, please log in to the Return Center
- After your return is approved, you must send the items to our returns center.
- We recommend using UPS or FedEx with tracking for your shipment. For your convenience, we can send you a return shipping label for $8.99. To request a shipping label, please contact our customer service team at 832-850-2979 or sales@safetygearpro.com.
