What is your return policy?
We provide a 30-day return policy that covers incorrect, defective, and damaged products. If you ordered prescription glasses and the prescription is not made to what you ordered, or there is a manufacturing defect with your lenses or frames, we will remake your glasses at no charge. If you choose to return your glasses for any other reason, we will provide a 75% store coupon to apply to the new frame or a 50% refund not including the shipping cost. For non-prescription and non-eyewear products, we will replace the item if it is incorrect, damaged, or defective as long as it is within our 30-day return period. If you want to return your order for any other reason, we will provide a 75% reorder coupon or a 50% refund not including the shipping cost. For more information, please refer to our returns policy.
