Features 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material, SOLAS-grade 3150-A PS, with adhesive backing on panels. Includes snag-resistant buckles. Minimum 17 1/2 lb. buoyancy. Self-extinguishing under ASTM 1692-74. USCG Approved, Type V. International orange.
