3. Close the right eye then align the ruler's 0mm with the center of your left pupil
4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye
5. The mm that lines up the center of your right pupil is your PD

Terrible Company and Glasses

I bought a prescription pair of these. They were unusable. Distorted my vision, gave me headaches, and didn’t allow me to focus. Refund process was confusing and difficult. In the end they refunded me about 6% of what I paid less the return shipping that was on me. No explanation or reply from Safety Gear Pro since. Beware of buying here!
