3. Close the right eye then align the ruler's 0mm with the center of your left pupil
4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye
5. The mm that lines up the center of your right pupil is your PD

Comfortable Safety Glasses

I purchased the tortoise Bolle Safety Spicy prescription safety glasses, and I love them. Took about 2 weeks to get them but worth the wait. Lightweight on my face and I often forget I have them on versus my regular glasses. Definitely recommend these safety glasses.
