2. Hold ruler against your brow
3. Close the right eye then align the ruler's 0mm with the center of your left pupil
4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye
5. The mm that lines up the center of your right pupil is your PD

Did not apply the AR coating that I paid for. My glasses need to be returned

Your lab did not apply the AR coating that I paid for, now I need to somehow find a way to return these glasses and have them replaced. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get a hold of a human being customer service representative at your company. Yesterday, I was on hold twice until the call hung up. I never got an opportunity to speak to anyone. So in short, your lab can’t follow directions, and your customer service is terrible.
