    How to measure your PD
    1. Stand 8 inch away from mirror
    2. Hold ruler against your brow
    3. Close the right eye then align the ruler's 0mm with the center of your left pupil
    4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye
    5. The mm that lines up the center of your right pupil is your PD

Distance viewing

I got progressive lens and up close is great but I think the progressive part of the lens goes up too high because distance viewing is blurred
