3. Close the right eye then align the ruler's 0mm with the center of your left pupil
4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye

Terrible communication, awful tracking updates, long wait

The glasses themselves are fine, but the customer service was terrible. Lengthy gaps of silence, punctuated with boiler plate responses giving information already available in reference to shipping/tracking. Of the two pair of glasses I ordered, one was shipped within a month, the other took two-and-a-half months to ship. I was offered 10% discounts each time I questioned or complained. If and when I need new prescription safety glasses for work, it's not likely that those discounts offers are going to be used.

This wouldn't have been an issue had I known ahead of time. I could have either decided I was comfortable with the wait, or chosen to do business else where. As it stands I was able to use my glasses at work for one week before lay-offs hit.

Again, fine glasses, but the experience was rotten through and through.
